2025 Highlights
Transitioned from a fiscally sponsored project into independent stand alone non-profit organizations
Updated our theory of change and visual identity
Endorsed 29 school board and local candidates across Oregon, with 24 candidates winning their races
Expanded OFL's leadership pipeline through Boot-CAMPaign for Change, Mini Boot-CAMP, BIPOC Legislative School, Care for Disruptive Leadership, and the BIPOC Executive Director Support Cohort, and more
“Through this transformative year, we have remained grounded in the belief that bold/bright/BIPOC futures are possible when our communities have the support, care and infrastructure they need to lead effectively and sustainably,” says Kothari, in OFL’s 2025 Impact Report.
