Are you or someone you know an innovative leader with experience in political campaigns, advocacy and/or training development? Apply to join OFL as our Political Director! 

We are looking for a movement leader with a deep commitment to racial justice to build innovative programs to amplify the voices, experiences and expertise of communities of color in public office. The Political Director will work collaboratively with the Executive Director and Director of Programs to implement programs that foster community leadership, build effective decision-makers and effect lasting progressive change. We are looking for leaders with experience in political campaigns, advocacy and/or developing curriculum or programs for BIPOC leaders.
