This year, our theme is Building a _______ Future.

Because the truth is that we are building our future every day. The question is what kind of future do we want to build together? That's what this year's theme invites us to consider and act on.

Despite the challenges we’re all seeing, the next generation of leaders is stepping forward, and there is real momentum building for more representative leadership in Oregon. But these new leaders can't do it alone. They need our support!
